With over 25 years in strategy and leadership experience across three iconic organisations, Gary Flowers is sought out by boards to build brands, restructure and turn around businesses.
With a double degree and Harvard educated, Gary started his career as a lawyer and was soon promoted to the National Managing Partner of Sparke Helmore. During his tenure, Gary grew the firm by over 600%, taking it from being a NSW based firm to having a national profile and claiming a top 10 ranking in Australia.
Following an international search for a new Managing Director, Gary joined the Australian Rugby Union in 2004, leading significant structural reform and capturing record sponsorships in just three years. In 2006, Gary accepted a dual role as Chief Executive Officer for SANZAR.
With a talent for diversification, Gary joined the Mirvac Group [ASX: MGR] in 2008 as Chief Operating Officer. Gary was instrumental in turning around the Mirvac Group and securing its survival during the GFC. Mirvac achieved a top 3 status and improved its share price in the most volatile of markets.
With listed and unlisted experience, Gary is widely recognised for transforming organisations where culture is valued as a sustainable advantage; engaging staff, stakeholders and the public.
Having worked across three distinctive industry sectors, Professional Services, Sports & Media, and Property; Gary has established brands on a global stage across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, Middle East and the USA.
Craig has held the role of CEO since the inception of the business.
Following a decorated service history within the UK Royal Air Force as an Aircraft Engineer, Craig arrived in Australia in December 2005. He then completed rigging and rope access qualifications and was extensively involved in providing installation services of telecoms systems in remote regions, carrying out rope access work on railways and performing height safety installations and geotechnical work.
His experiences led to the identification of a strong demand for greater levels of service and professionalism within the industry. RIGCOM Access was established in April/May of 2009 to meet this demand and Craig embarked upon a journey to build a company to be the benchmark for the industry moving forward.
RIGCOM's maintenance projects now boast strong support contracts with blue chip and top tier companies including BroadSpectrum, Downer EDI, TruEnergy, SCG Trust, Ventia and ANZ Stadium.
James became a partner in RIGCOM Access in 2010. As a qualified commercial roof plumber, He brought with him a wealth of technical and practical knowledge in the height safety and rope access industries. He has more than 10 years experience within the construction industry, working on some of Australia's largest iconic structures, that include the Sydney Opera House.
James is Director of Operations and he has the total commitment and understanding of the need to consistently deliver solutions that meet the exacting standards of our diverse customer base. His team of project managers, site supervisors and technicians have a high focus on managing costs for clients within budget, delivery to promised completion dates and maximising customer satisfaction for the works undertaken.
Following 12.5 years in the Private Equity environment as Managing Director with Capital Safety (a 3M company), Michael joined the RIGCOM Access and RIGCOM Group boards in April, 2016. With extensive experience in building industry materials supply and the height safety market, Michael brings a strong knowledge of the industry and methodologies of building a successful business to the team.
Michael’s primary focus within the RIGCOM Access business is to facilitate strong business growth, with the belief that a customer-focused company is one that succeeds on the back of amazing service.
